JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has referred to the second supplementary show cause, filed in the present case to submit that the petitioner retired on 31.1.2017 from the post of Clerk, Office of CDPO Masaurhi and thereafter, all the retiral benefits has stood paid to him, details whereof is

Patna High Court MJC No.929 of 2021(7) dt.10-10-2025 2/3 enumerated hereinbelow:- "(i). Group Provident Fund (GPF amount)-a sum of Rs. 9,72,000/- has been paid vide bill no. 87/2016-17. (ii). Group Insurance-a sum of Rs. 2,13,986/- has been paid vide bill no. 73/2017-18.

(iii). Gratuity-a sum of Rs. 8,94,372/ has been paid vide bill no. 113/2018-19.

(iv). Leave encasement-a sum of Rs. 4,50,520/- has been paid vide bill no. 50/2016-17.

(v). After due calculation, the remaining amount of Rs. 1,96,360/- (Total amount Rs. 6,46,880/-Rs. 4,50,520/-) have also been paid vide bill no. 70/202526 and due communication has been made to the office of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna vide letter no. 449 dated 18.09.2025."

It is further submitted that as far as A.C.P. is concerned, 3rd A.C.P. has been granted to the petitioner and accordingly, a sum of Rs. 2,34,759/- has also stood paid. Moreover, the gratuity amount has also been paid to the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel for the opposite parties has further stated, by referring to paragraph no. 10 of the second supplementary show cause, filed in the present case that the admitted retiral dues have already stood paid to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any by approaching the opposite

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
