This application has been filed for quashing of Complaint Case No. 398 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On perusal of the complaint petition, I find that the offence under various Sections of the Indian Penal Code, mentioned therein, is made out. There is nothing on record, which would warrant interference by this Court in exercise of power under Section 482 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26376 of 2014 dt.20-06-2016 2/2 the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
