2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 409 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 (1), 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The petitioner is the accused of cutting neck of his wife. He is in custody since 27.07.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
