The petitioner along with others were apprehend on account of having their suspicious activity and on search, from the possession of one Suraj Kumar Thakur @ Jhunna one country made loaded pistol was recovered, while from the possession of the petitioner two live cartridges along with two mobiles and a motorcycle has been seized. As para 3 of the petition, the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner Krishna Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in
