Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 324, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295A, 188, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. During Ramnaumi Procession, two groups of community attempted to create communal disharmony. When the police-informant intervened, allegation is that mob pelted stones etc. Petitioner was identified among members of the mob. There is no specific allegation.

Considering the nature of allegation and statement of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25875 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Aurangabad (Town) Police Station Case No. 95 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
