The present contempt application is filed for noncompliance of interim order dated 23.03.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4375 of 2014 whereunder till further orders, the order of transfer through letter no. 97 dated 13.02.2014, as contained in Annexure-4, so far as petitioner is concerned, shall remain stayed.

Patna High Court MJC No.2275 of 2014 dt.13-02-2015 2/2 Learned A.C. to S.C. 31 appearing on behalf of the opposite parties no. 2 to 6 submits that as soon as the Department received the order under contempt, the transfer order of the petitioner was stayed by the Engineer-in-Chief-Cum-Special Secretary and also communicated to the petitioner through Memo No. 64 dated. 02.04.2014. Moreover, the petitioner has superannuated from the service, which would appear from Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also submits that petitioner has superannuated from the service and since the order under contempt has already been complied by opposite party, this contempt application is disposed of.
