Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A, 313 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner in association of his family members is said to have tortured and assaulted the informant and lastly ousted from his house.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26055 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is the husband of the informant. As a matter of fact, informant of this case is ambitious lady and she always wants to live in her Naihar. The petitioner is working as a soldier in Indian Army and posted at Sopia in Jammu & Kashmir. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. He has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
