2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 456/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the materials available on record, it appears that the victim had gone to Gujarat with the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 13.12.2023 and he has no antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari,
