2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 64 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape with a 12 year old girl. He is in custody since 27.01.2025.
