Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 465 of 2017 for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Navin Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.07.2020, the petitioner has already paid maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- per month to opposite party no.2 in her account, amounting to Rs. 30,000/- on 18.11.2020 for a period of six months. He further submits that in this regard supplementary affidavit has already been filed enclosing Annexure-4 regarding deposit of maintenance in the account of opposite party no.2.

No.14360 of 2020(4) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of L. N. Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 465 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
