Petitioners seek modification of the order dated 27.07.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26036 of 2017 in connection with Balia P.S. Case No. 240/16, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, stating therein that due to inadvertence in the petition father's name of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 has been wrongly mentioned as Basudev Paswan, but it should have been Yugal Paswan, as from the charge-sheet it appears that both petitioners were sons of Yugal Paswan, which is annexed in this petition as Annexure-1.

Hence, order dated 27.07.2017 is modified to the extent that father's name of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 be read as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44125 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 Yugal Paswan instead of Basudev Paswan.
