JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-04-2018 After some arguments counsel for the petitioner realizing the position as emanating from the order dated 19.11.2009 passed in LPA No. 885 of 2009 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move in contempt jurisdiction as the said order passed in LPA No. 885 of 2009 has not been complied with by the Superintendent of Police, Bettiah/Bagaha. He submits that since inspite of the said judgment till date no finding has been given by the Superintendent of Police with
