Patna High Court CWJC No.4624 of 2019 dt.27-03-2019 2/3 that regard has been made by the petitioner before several authorities including the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 4), but no action has been taken on such complaint.

2. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a detailed representation/complaint before the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 4) afresh within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation/complaint, the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 4) shall look into the matter, afford hearing to the concerned stake holders viz. the petitioner, private respondent No. 8 and any other candidate who would be the necessary party and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

3. Should the petitioner feel aggrieved even thereafter, she would have the option of challenging the order of the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 4) before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 3).

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
