The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 120(B), 467, 468, 474, 471, 504, 323, 379 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that petitioner no.2 doing business in the name of his wife, Sima Rani, petitioner no.1. When the complainant has gone there petitioner no.2 abused him and assaulted and snatched away Rs.700.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Sima Rani and Krishnandan Kumar alias Krishnandan Prasad, be released on anticipatory bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30416 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.155 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further condition is that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation or interrogation they will present themselves before the police. In the event of being absent on two consecutive dates this order will be treated to have been withdrawn.
