The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 337, 427 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(1) (x) of the SC/ST Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioners came in the house of informant and abused him by naming his caste only because he was abusing the persons who set ablaze the heap of straw of the informant.

It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioners but from perusal of the case diary, it appears that all the witnesses have stated that petitioners abused the informant by naming his caste and also pelted stones.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16408 of 2016 (3) dt.04-07-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
