Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.95 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 324, 435, 436, 427,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27794 of 2018(2) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295A, 188 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks bail of the petitioners on the ground of parity as earlier similarly situated other co-accused have been admitted to bail by this Court and refers the order dated 02.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25939 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No.25962 of 2018.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioners, namely, Iltaf Quraishi and Sujeet Kumar Singh are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.95 of 2018.
