Petitioners are in custody since 24.10.2016.

Having regard to the period of custody, the court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners named above, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria or the successor court, in connection with Beldaur P.S.
