The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018 registered for the offence under sections 467, 468, 471, 420 IPC pending in the court of the SDJM, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran. It is alleged that after death of Babita Devi, who died on 15.01.2016 at Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi during the course of treatment, the insurance policy was procured in her name after 15.01.2016. The petitioner has been made accused in this case because he is the agent of the Insurance Company. Considering the nature of allegation and position of the petitioner as agent of the Insurance Company, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
