Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the victim has alleged that the petitioner had took her to different places by force, however, she is specific that the petitioner did nothing with her vide her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. at page 14.

Submission is that the matter is of love affairs. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28725 of 2018 (2) dt.11-05-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Araria (R.S.) Police Station Case No. 447 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
