Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 364/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, 15 accused persons riding on five motor cycles forcibly kidnapped the victim. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner is neither named by the informant nor named by the victim in his statement u/s 164 of the Cr. P. C. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
