The present petition has been preferred for the: issuance of an appropriate writ and/ or direction, commanding the respondents- concerned to mutate the name of the petitioner and other and grant rent receipt in favour of the petitioner and others after payment of rents from them and Jamabandi Number may be created in their names of Mauza of Pabhera, Khata No.1, Savit Khata

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has preferred petition, the same has not been taken to its logical conclusion by the respondent no. 4, the Circle Officer, Dhanarua, Patna.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if he prefers a fresh petition, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be filing a fresh petition before the Circle Officer, Dhanarua, Patna in next four weeks.

6. If such petition along with all the relevant documents is/are filed by the petitioner, the respondent no. 4, the Circle Officer, Dhanarua, Patna is duty bound to take the same to its logical conclusion after putting the relevant parties on notice as also hearing them preferably within a period of three months from the date the petition is filed.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
