2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with sikandar P. S. Case No. 347 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , a dispute arose over land distribution between the parties, due to which an altercation took place in which this petitioner is alleged to have stabbed into the abdomen of the brother of the informant, on account of which he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute, an altercation took place between the parties.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14729 of 2025(2) dt.04-04-2025 2/2 Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Only with a view to grab the ancestral property of the petitioner, this false and concoted case has been lodged against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2025 .

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific accusation against the petitioner that he stabbed into the abdomen of the brother of the informant, on account of which he died.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
