JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 12.12.2017, seeks bail in Fatuha PS Case No. 564 of 2017 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation in brief is that the police raided a deserted place, apprehended some miscreants and from the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge and a mobile was recovered. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the mobile is personal mobile of the petitioner and he is in custody since 12.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Gautam @ Lilra is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Savita Rani, Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Fatuha PS Case No. 564 of 2017.
