2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that the deceased died due to a sudden death and the police was informed accordingly. It is also submitted that the parents of the deceased had come to the place of occurrence and no FIR was initially lodged. The deceased

It is further submitted that the informant has now filed a compromise petition. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 05.12.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj/concerned Court below in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 500 of 2023.
