In the present case, petitioner has applied for fresh licence and claim has been made that she is a lady and belongs to member of scheduled caste. She should be granted licence for running the PDS shop.
In such view of the matter, the concerned authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is
