The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S Case No.94/2021, arising out of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 340/2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

This Court finds that though the petitioner has mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the present petition that he is an accused in only two cases, however, a report has been submitted by the Office of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, dated 2.9.2022 and 3.9.2022,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16068 of 2022(5) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 wherein it has been stated that the petitioner is accused in seven other criminal cases.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file fresh bail petition before the learned Court below, disclosing the factum of pendency of the aforesaid criminal cases.
