The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
This is a case under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The husband of the victim faced trial which resulted in acquittal for the reason that all the prosecution witnesses including informant of the case did not support the prosecution case.
In the circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, who is gotni of the deceased, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty
