JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2016 Petitioner is the son of late Bisheshwar Paswan @ Bisheshwar Gahlot, who died in the year 2002 while serving as Chaukidar under Paraiya police station of Gaya district. He submits that in spite of necessary correspondence, death cum retiral dues of his father has not been paid. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner files a detailed representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya (respondent no.2) with regard to his claim, the same would be duly considered within four months and admitted dues would be paid to the petitioner within the said period.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. .
