Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 1210 of 2019 for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14174 of 2020(3) dt.16-07-2020 2/2 offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further submission is that the petitioner no. 1 has already paid the dues amount (Annexure-P-2) and on perusal of Annexures P3 to P5, it appears that earlier several cases have been filed by both sides.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner nos. 2 to 7, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 1210 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Jagdish/- U T
