2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . As per prosecution case , total 105 liters of country made liquor was recovered from open place and petitioner has got 2 criminal antecedent of similar nature .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion .

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17753 of 2025(2) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of recovery and criminal antecedent of petitioner, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
