JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 13.2.2018, seeks bail in Nautan PS Case No. 259 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 354(B), 504 and 302 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute the petitioner has been falsely implicated, there is case and counter case also, only allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold the informant but no allegation of assaulting him, allegation of assault is against other accused persons and the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Shekh Azad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan PS Case No. 259 of 2017.
