The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 104 (c)2 of 2018 for the offences under section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He was arrested in connection with seizure of 16 liters of liquor. Learned Counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2018.

Considering the fact the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly two months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
