====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-05-2020 This matter is taken up through video conferencing. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 31.01.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties

No.17192 of 2020(2) dt.13-05-2020 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with C-2/62/20, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

If the petitioners would not be able to furnish sureties due to lock-down, they shall be provisionally released on their personal bond and the provisional bail shall be confirmed only after production of the bailors within fifteen days of restoration of normal function of the Court.
