From the order impugned, it is evident that maximum sentence so inflicted against the appellant and others by the learned lower Court happens to be three years against which, appellant happens to be under custody since 02.04.2016, approximately covering more than two years.

That being so, learned lower Court is directed to hear the appeal and dispose it of within two months and in terms thereof, instant appeal is disposed of.
