Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Paroo P.S. Case No. 153 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The marriage is of the year 2019 and the deceased died within 1 1⁄2 years of the marriage. There is direct allegation against the petitioner.

In such a recent marriage if the deceased died in her matrimonial home in suspicious condition, it is not a fit case for
