ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 19-05-2015 The matter has come up under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that since the amount to be deposited, i.e.,1/3rd of the amount of penalties imposed, was quite heavy as per the capacity of the petitioner, the petitioner is not in a position to deposit the same by tomorrow (20.05.2015), which is the date fixed as per the order disposing of the writ application. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for further extension of three weeks' time for the purpose of deposit of the aforesaid amount.

Although an interlocutory application, being I.A. No.4267 of 2015, has been filed for the purpose but the said interlocutory application appears to be misconceived, as no interlocutory application can be filed after the disposal of the main writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6996 of 2015 (3) dt.19-05-2015 On a consideration of the aforesaid submission, the time for making the deposit as directed by order dated 6.5.2015 disposing of the writ application is extended by a further period of two weeks from the expiry of the aforesaid period, i.e., till 04.06.2015.

The order dated 6.5.2015 is modified to the above extent.
