Petitioner seeks bail in Jalalpur P.S. Case No.142 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that daughter of the informant went to school on the date of occurrence, but she did not return. From the impugned order, it appears that informant has appeared in Court and stated that his daughter has gone with one Nakul Sah with her own sweet will and he has compromised the case with the petitioner.
