Both these applications, seeking anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51411 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/3 bail, arise out of same Salimpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, and are being, therefore, taken up together and being disposed of by this present common order.

Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners in Cr. Misc. No. 51411 of 2014 in course of the day.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that dispute between the parties is going on and case and counter case have been instituted by the side of these petitioners and informant. From the statement made in paragraph no. 3 of both the applications, I find that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In view of the submission as above and in view of the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each

No.51411 of 2014 (2) dt.30-04-2015 3/3 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh and learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Barh, District-Patna, respectively, in connection with Salimpur P.S.
