The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with POCSO Case No. 30 of 2020 arising out of Kako P.S. Case No.171 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 354, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already surrendered in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25651 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 court below. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
