Mr.Binod Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48882 of 2017.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the deceased, is of setting the deceased on fire. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for about two years and uptil now no witness has been examined.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, learned trial Court is directed to expedite

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20262 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 the trial and the Superintendent of Police, Bettiah, is directed to produce the witnesses on the date fixed.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
