Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 113/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. One marble cutter is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but, admittedly, the aforesaid marble cutter is not stolen property. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, which is evident from perusal of paragraph 3 of the petition. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 24.1.2020.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13861 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Arwal/concerned court in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 113/2019.
