Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Lakhanour PS Case No.108 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides quarreled on the trivial issue of cutting tree, this case was instituted after lapse of nine days of the occurrence without any explanation and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Hari Lal Mukhiya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29878 of 2018(2) dt.15-05-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Lakhanour PS Case No.108 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No.906 of 2017.
