JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,353,379,427 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant being Kisan Salahkar was recommending for distribution of wheat and seeds, in the meantime, the petitioners came and each demanded ten bags of wheat. On protest being made they snatched list of the beneficiaries and assaulted the informant. It is alleged that petitioner no. 3 demanded extortion of rupees ten thousand.

No.23718 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that at earlier point of time the nephew of the petitioners Sunil namely Ranjeet Kumar Singh lodged Garkha P.S. Case No. 222 of 2013 against the informant of the present case, thereafter the present case has been lodged. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 221 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
