Patna High Court CWJC No.7024 of 2019 dt.29-04-2019 2/3 The petitioner, who was serving as Assistant Manager (Protocol and Security Service) in National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (in short NABARD), is aggrieved by the order dated 13.06.2018 passed by the Chief General Manager/Competent Authority, NABARD and such order being communicated to the petitioner by the Deputy General Manager, NABARD by order dated 13.06.2018, whereby his request for his confirmation in service has been rejected. Against the aforesaid decision, the petitioner has preferred appeal before the Chairman, NABARD on 28.06.2018. The aforesaid appeal has not yet been decided. Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior Advocate for the petitioner has limited his argument to the request for a direction to the Chairman, NABARD (respondent no. 2) to dispose off such appeal within a reasonable period of time, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The prayer appears to be reasonable. The respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose off the appeal preferred by the
