The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on the disclosure of this petitioner, the stolen motorcycle of the informant was recovered from the house of co-accused Premchand Diwakar @ Banti Singh and he is in custody since 14.09.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
