Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition as the petitioners were on police bail during the course of investigation. Thereafter, the police submitted chargesheet under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code but cognizance under Sections 354B, 379, 448, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code was also taken.

Prayer is allowed. The anticipatory bail petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

It goes without saying that once the petitioners are on police bail, the petitioners shall be deemed to be on bail unless
