1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail by an order dated 17.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.89824/2024 after framing of charge. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner has been framed on 17.02.2025, as would manifest from Annexure-3 to the bail application.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15056 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with G.R. No.184/2024/05/2025, arising out of Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.243/2024.
