The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49410 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.475 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Barh, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26719 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 The order dated 11.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49410 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
