In pursuance of the order dated 8.10.2015, it is submitted that a Bank draft of `75,000/- (Seventy five thousand) has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2.

In view of the compliance of the order passed earlier and accepted by O.P. No.2, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail
