JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-10-2024 This writ application has been filed for directing respondent authorities to make payment of arrears of differences of salary to the petitioner since 01.04.2013 to 22.01.2017. Petitioner is wife of deceased Md. Firose Alam who was a Madarsa Teacher.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is wife of deceased Md. Firose Alam who was a Madarsa Teacher and case of petitioner is fully covered by the judgment passed by this Hon'ble Court is CWJC No. 985 of 2015 dated 27.03.2019 as well as order passed in CWJC No. 4517 of 2021 dated 25.04.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 7 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, concerned respondent authorities are directed to consider the case of petitioner in light of aforesaid orders dated 27.03.2019 and 25.04.2023 and if case of the petitioner is found similar to those cases, similar reliefs shall be granted to the petitioner within a period of three months from today.

5. This writ application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
